TAKE a look at glamour queen Lisa Fitzpatrick as you’ve never seen here before…
The TV stylist was a size 20 and weighed 15 stone in these old pictures. The 41-year-old reveals she shed her weight over 10 years ago after nearly having a heart attack walking to a park after having her first baby.
“I was purple, I was soaking wet, my legs were stuck together, they were so big, so sweaty,” recalls the mum-of-two.
Lisa is now mum to Sophie (11) and Dalton (9) and is married to successful hotelier Paul, who owns the Morgan and Beacon hotels in Dublin.
The glamorous blonde this week released her Diet SOS book, giving tips on how to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
“My way of getting through life was just fuelling myself. I had no discipline, I didn’t have a good education on food either.”
Lisa is now a size 12 and weighs just over 10 stone.
“I’m not interested in a quick fix,” she notes.
“I exercise, I walk all the time, I take the stairs instead of an escalator. This book it going to help women on a realistic journey and this book is for good. This book is for them to change their mind – the way they live, the way they think, how they are and this is a decision that they are going to make forever.”
